Not enough people take the time to listen to others in today’s fast-paced world. My goal is to understand the needs of your friends and family in order to better help them, and I will always listen to what they have to say.
2. No pressure
High-pressure sales tactics are annoying and unpleasant, and are not something that I believe in. I want to serve as a consultant for anyone you send my way and help guide them through the car buying process at their own pace.
There is nothing more annoying than being ignored by a “professional” when you’re trying to get answers, so responsiveness is something I believe is of utmost importance. You can call, text, or email me at any time, and I will get back to you as soon as humanly possible.
I take pride in what I do, and want to be the best at my job that I can possibly be. This means that I care about product knowledge, and more importantly, about being of service to every customer that I work with.
There are some salespeople out there who will say anything to make a deal, but I pride myself on being an honest and trusted resource for my customers. If something isn’t possible, I will be direct and straightforward, even if it means that there isn’t a dea to be made.
6. I want to help
My goal when I wake up in the morning is to help as many people as possible get into a vehicle they’re happy with. I want to help your friends and family, and make them happy. If I do my job correctly, they’ll come back to me for all of their vehicle needs, and hopefully refer their friends and family too.
